Ticketcustodian provides the following packages to fit all sizes of customer and their requirements. Gold - (£200pm)RT hosting for large sized customers handling 5000+ ticket transactions a month. - Unlimited internal queues
- Up to 25 incoming queues
- Free POP3 hosting for secondary domain for up to 25 queues (eg <support>@tickets.example.com)
Silver - (£100pm)RT hosting for medium sized customers handling between 1000 and 5000 ticket transactions a month. - Unlimited internal queues
- Up to 15 incoming queues
- Free POP3 hosting for secondary domain for up to 15 queues (eg <support>@tickets.example.com)
Bronze- (£50pm)RT hosting for small sized customers handling up to 1000 ticket transactions a month. - Unlimited internal queues
- Up to 5 incoming queues
- Free POP3 hosting for secondary domain for up to 5 queues (eg <support>@tickets.example.com)
Each package has an initial setup fee of £200. This covers the installation of RT, basic queue creation (of up to 5 queues) and assistance with the integration of your existing mail system to ensure the queues function correctly.
